We collect the personal data you voluntarily provide through our contact, sale-mandate, valuation and chat forms: name, email, phone and any additional information you choose to share with us.

3. Purpose of processing

We process your data solely to provide the services you request: answer your query, handle property searches or sales, send you relevant commercial information (only with your consent) and comply with applicable legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent (GDPR 679/2016, art. 6.1.a), the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (art. 6.1.b) and compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.c), within the framework of Royal Decree 1720/2007 and Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

5. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and, where applicable, for legal retention periods. Once the relationship ends, data is blocked and securely erased.

6. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties without your express consent, except where legally required. Service providers (hosting, email, CRM) act as data processors under contract and guarantee GDPR compliance.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify, erase, object to its processing, request its restriction and the portability of your data to another controller.

We use technical session cookies and functional cookies to improve your browsing experience. You can configure your browser to reject them, although some site features may be limited.

9. How to exercise your rights

You can exercise your rights by sending a request by email to info@inmo-gigi.com or by post to our address, attaching a copy of your ID or passport. We will respond within a maximum of one month.
